Stress is debilitating. It keeps us tense, defensive and unable to relax and enjoy life. I’ve suffered from it in some form for most of my life.
The world most of us live in is stressed, and becoming even more so. Relaxation is not a luxury, it’s necessary to our health and wellbeing. Today it’s something we have to learn to do consciously.
In this intimate workshop we will explore what stress is, how it works in through mindbody and how it relates to breathing.
Carter will teach you practices you can use to better feel stress, heal it and deal with it as it comes up in your life. If you suffer from stress, anxiety, panic attacks, or inability to be still, this workshop is for you.
